On line thickness control can keep the film thickness within ±0.5um. Even color and stretching stability on both TD & MD.
Using imported camera. Detector can inspect minimum 0.2m㎡ flaws.
Control the stability of peeling strength and test every start and end part of each roll.
Treat with the flaws and make sure the stability when using in magnet wire production.
